In this group, you will learn to:​

• Use simple, effective communication strategies

• Set boundaries and advocate for your needs

• Use your personal values to guide choices and behaviors

• Manage anxiety about practicing assertiveness 

• Respond to negative feedback in helpful ways

Attendance Requirements & Important Information:​

• Open to adults aged 19 years and up

• Total cost for the six-week therapy group: $125

• Discount available for students, healthcare workers, and caregivers

• Location: HappyCat Counseling, 917 Merchant's Walk SW, Suite F, Huntsville, AL

• Each group session lasts 2 hours

• Available Times:

  • Spring 2026: ​Saturdays at 1 PM from April 18 - May 23, 2026​

  • Summer 2026: Thursdays at 6:15 PM from June 11 - July 16, 2026
